Painting buildings and paving the roads

June 2008-  Painting the building I started out with a flat black spray base coat, then using craft paints I dry brushed on the color.

To make the roads, I used some old plaster I had laying around, slathering it on then scraped and sanded to get a smooth finish. Looking back now I wish I just used styrene to fill in between the rails as cleaning out the plaster for proper wheel clearance was a pain and the track cleaning scrapes off the paint I later applied.
